How to shop at Cocopanda
Our online store provides a simple and secure shopping experience. To get started, you can register as a customer by creating an account on our Theybsite. By becoming a member of our customer club, you gain access to exclusive benefits when placing orders while logged in. If you prefer, you can also make a purchase as a guest by providing your email address and contact information during checkout. All orders placed as a guest are associated with an email address, allowing you to create a customer account at any time and view your order history.
Our online store offers a convenient search function to help you quickly find the products you’re interested in. You can also filter your search using different categories to find the items that best suit your needs.
Once you’ve found the product you want, simply click the “Buy” button to add it to your shopping cart. You can also save products to your Favorites list by clicking the heart button. The shopping cart link is located in the upper right corner of the site.
If you have a discount code or gift card, make sure to enter the code in the shopping cart before proceeding to checkout.

Cocopanda Delivery
The delivery timeframe is 1-4 business days, depending on the chosen delivery method, unless any unforeseen circumstances occur. They currently only deliver orders within Finland and unfortunately, They do not deliver to Åland.
- To track your order and access shipment details, simply log in to your Cocopanda.fi customer account and navigate to “My Orders” on your personal page.
- Please note that the shipping ID will be activated only when the package is scanned for the first time in Finland during transit.
- Our standard delivery time is 2-4 business days. Our logistics partner, Bring Parcels AB, handles the delivery of packages from our warehouse in Germany to Finland Posti’s sorting center.
- From there, Posti delivers the packages to the designated pick-up points. You can track your package’s progress using the shipping ID at www.posti.fi.
- Keep in mind that the shipping ID is activated only when the package is registered for the first time at Posti’s sorting center.
- You will receive a text message and email notification regarding the arrival of your package, which will also indicate the pick-up location.
Packages are stored for:
- 14 days at regular pick-up points
- 7 days in parcel machines
- The delivery cost to Posti collection points is €4.90.

Home Delivery
Alternatively, you have the option to have your products delivered directly to your doorstep. The package will be delivered to your home address on a business day, and the cost for home delivery is €6.90.
DHL Express – Delivery
If you prefer a faster delivery, orders confirmed before 13:00 will be delivered to your home on the next business day. The estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout. DHL delivers from Monday to Friday and express delivery is available for most Finnish postal codes. You can track the progress of your package using the shipping ID at www.dhl.fi.
- The price for express delivery is €20.
Payment Options
They offer the following payment options:

MobilePay: To use this payment method, you need to have the MobilePay application installed on your smartphone and a registered payment card (Visa, MasterCard, Master, or Visa Electron).

Please note that the customer must be at least 15 years old to use the MobilePay application. Cash on delivery is not available as a payment option.
Undelivered Packages
If there is a delay in the delivery of your package, They will work with our logistics partner to determine the cause and make every effort to get the package to you as soon as possible. In the event that the package is lost, They will resend the ordered products to you. If your package does not arrive within the promised delivery time, as a customer, you can set a reasonable additional time for the package to be delivered. If this deadline is exceeded, you have the option to cancel your purchase and receive a refund within 14 days.
It is your responsibility as a customer to monitor the status of your shipment. Please note that Cocopanda.fi is not responsible for sending arrival notifications. If you have not received a Posti arrival notification within the normal delivery time, please contact us so that They can inquire about the package’s status with our logistics partner.
Cocopanda Return Policy
You have a 14-day right to return your package from the day it was delivered to you. To initiate a return, please follow these steps through your customer account:
1. Access your customer account by logging in to “My page” and selecting “Customer service”.
2. Click on “New support ticket+” and choose “14-day return right” as the category.
3. Select “Return” as the reason, then choose the correct order number and the specific products you wish to return from the provided list.
4. If desired, you can include a picture and proceed by clicking “Continue”.
5. By selecting “Return the products”, you will automatically receive the return instructions, along with the return form and contract number, in the support ticket created under “Customer service”. If you have any additional information to provide regarding the return, please select the “Write to customer service” section. Once They receive your message, They will send you the return instructions for your case.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the costs associated with returning the products. If you return your entire order, They will refund the shipping cost of the standard delivery (€4.90). HoTheyver, the delivery costs for home deliveries are non-refundable, even if the entire order is returned. For a convenient and traceable return, They highly recommend using our return form. When using the return form or contract number, the return costs will amount to €5.00, which will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed.

Return at Your Own Expense
Alternatively, you can choose to make the return at your own expense by paying the return costs at the Posti cash desk, based on the Posti price list. Please be aware that the package will not be insured against loss or damage from our side.

To ensure proper identification, kindly write your order number and case number on any piece of paper or utilize the cancellation form provided with the order confirmation and include it in the package according to the products being returned.
